CONVOY COMMANDER: Works closely with Serial Commanders in setting up meeting times and locations, places CONVOY COMMANDER placard on vehicle, helps Convoy Coordinator with public relations and participant questions. SERIAL COMMANDERS: Responsible for meeting participants at designated areas during the convoy,  insures swift movement of convoy to and from scheduled designated meeting areas. COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER: Responsible for arranging communications between vehicles and participants. SAFETY OFFICER: Responsible for enforcing convoy rules. CONVOY ESCORT TEAM: Operates his/her vehicle in the "Back Door" position of the convoy and is responsible for warning the public of the convoy's presence.  The Escort Leader should  have proper safety beacons, working four way flashers, warning signs and radio equipment.  Warning signs will be placed on the rear of each Escort Team member's vehicle and MUST include:  CONVOY AHEAD.
